Bill and his team at Green Village Packing catered my rehearsal dinner (Held at the Hamburg Fire Pavilion in Hamburg, NJ before my wedding at Ballyowen) and it was incredible. Originally we had planned a pig roast, but had to change our plans last minute. We went with hangar steak, brisket, chicken, and veggie burgers. It was all great, but the brisket stole the show! Overall it was a great event and the caterers/cooks were phenomenal. A great way to host all our out of town guests for a casual picnic style dinner the night before the wedding!
